What data we collect

When you visit this website, our hosting provider and any analytics or security tools we use may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.
Information from other sources. If you contact us by email, telephone or through a business network, or if we obtain publicly available business contact information in the course of researching potential customers and partners, we may process that information alongside the above.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible business relationship. We use the information you submit to answer your question, prepare a quotation or proposal, and communicate with you about it. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To operate, secure and improve this website. We use technical data to keep the website available, detect and prevent abuse, and understand in aggregate how the website is used so that we can improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and effective website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where the law requires your consent for the storage of or access to information on your device — for example for non-essential cookies or similar technologies — we will ask for it before those technologies are used (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To send you updates about our products and services. If you have opted in, we may send you occasional information about private network deployments, products and events. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, by using the unsubscribe link in any such message or by contacting us. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also send information about our own similar products to existing customers on the basis of our legitimate interest, subject to the right to object at any time.
To comply with legal obligations. We process and retain data where we are required to do so, for example under accounting, tax or company law. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
To establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information requested in the contact form, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.
Who has access
Your data is accessible to our own personnel on a need-to-know basis, and to service providers who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. These fall into the following categories:
website hosting and content delivery providers;
email, calendar, file storage and other office and collaboration providers;
customer relationship management, sales and marketing tools;
web analytics, performance monitoring and security providers;
providers of artificial intelligence and automation tools used to draft, translate, summarise or organise business correspondence;
professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where we are legally required to do so, and to a purchaser or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation of our business.
We select our providers with care and enter into the agreements required by Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of our service providers are located, or process data, outside the European Economic Area — in particular in the United States and Switzerland. Where this is the case, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission where one applies, or otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary measures where appropriate. Automated tools and artificial intelligence
We may use software that includes automated processing or artificial intelligence to help us draft and translate correspondence, summarise enquiries, organise our records and prioritise follow-up.
We do not make decisions producing legal effects concerning you, or similarly significantly affecting you, based solely on automated processing within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. A person always reviews our communications with you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship. After that, we retain it for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, and for as long as required by applicable statutory retention periods — in particular under accounting and tax law.
Where you have consented to receive updates from us, we keep your contact details and your consent record until you withdraw your consent, and for a reasonable period afterwards in order to demonstrate that the withdrawal was honoured.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:
request access to the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
request erasure of your data;
request restriction of processing;
receive the data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller;
object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests — and to object at any time and without giving reasons to processing for direct marketing purposes;
withdraw any consent you have given, at any time and with effect for the future.
